They are Kenya league champions NCPB (men) and Nairobi Water Queens (women). Others are Black Mamba and NCPB women.
Host Tanzania have Ngome (men and women), Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa (men and women), Nyuki from Zanzibar, and Police from Rwanda.
